Therapy Rates and Insurance

🌿 Welcome to Kids N Play OT

At Kids N Play OT, we are passionate about helping children thrive through personalized, high-quality occupational therapy in Portland, Oregon. Every session is tailored to your child’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals, ensuring they receive the support they need to grow, play, and succeed.

💳 Payment & Insurance
Kids N Play OT is a private pay pediatric occupational therapy practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide a Statement of Services (also called a “superbill”) after each session.

You can submit this document to your insurance company to request reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.

📋 Checking Your Benefits
To make the process easier, here are a few helpful questions you can ask your insurance representative about your out-of-network coverage:

  1. Does my plan include out-of-network benefits for occupational therapy?

  2. Do I need a referral or pre-authorization from my pediatrician?

  3. What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?

  4. What is the deductible and how much has been met?

  5. Are evaluation and treatment codes (CPT 97165–97167, 97168, 97530) covered under my plan?

We recommend checking these details before beginning services, so you’ll know what to expect regarding reimbursement.
